Project: CalVet Barstow Mechanical Room Restoration
Description of Work: Completed the sampling, mold abatement and remediation, demolition, and restoration of a wall between a room and a mechanical/hot water room and all piping. Restored the wall to room specifications. Demolished and removed concrete floor in room. Sloped new concrete into the drain grate. Removed and replaced all piping in the mechanical room. Installed (3) water heaters and connected to new piping.
