Project: Therapy Patient Care Area Conversion
Description of Work: Converted old bath tub training room into therapy patient care area. Installed gauge studs and track over tile walls (695 sf.), installed backing to support wall mount sink, extended all electrical boxes and low voltage boxes to new wall surface, installed gypsum board at sink area, removed curtain track from ceiling and patched the surface, floated over ceramic tile floor with self-leveling material to fill floor drain slope (551 sf.), installed VCT flooring, and installed rubber cove base.
